Environmental Change

I am super passionate about environmental sustainability and how we, as individuals, can make an impact. These passion projects explore two different issues. The dark portraits challenge the way that we interact with single-use plastics. I was inspired by images of turtles with straws in their noses and wondered if we would relate to them more with human entanglement. The next project showcases different individuals who are making sustainable solutions. Each is passionate about unique aspects but has a common goal of sustaining the planet. The topics are homesteading, low-waste shopping, sustainable fashion, and recycling education.
